Spring Newsletter 2024 – Comply or Die.

Compliance and complying with what you should and should not do, or say, is a challenge, both personally and within business, as you need to keep pace with new legislation.

Compliance in business means you sometimes have to change how you do things to confirm. This newsletter explores some of those challenges.

January (2024) – New Year, New Website, New Plans.

I am delighted to share that we have a new look website which reflects the sentiment we hold dear: that we are approachable and professional but current.  We should all constantly review our systems, processes, and the ways in which we present ourselves to our prospects and customers. This process of change does not need to be a revolution, more an evolution, but maintaining, optimising, updating, revising, renewing, are important aspects of business and something we do a lot for customers to ensure their Infor ERP systems are fresh, clean, maintained, just like our new website.

October (2023) – Start Planning for 2024 in the Autumn to stay ahead

The start of October heralds for me, not just the start of Autumn, but the start of acquiring Christmas presents. June Newsletter (2023) – In my day AI used to stand for something else

There is so much being written and discussed about AI and I have to admit it totally fascinates me. That said, how did it all sneak up on us and suddenly be a reality with alarming similarities to Skynet and Terminator? However, for those of us who witnessed the dawn of the mobile phone, it really didn’t take that long to go from briefcase-sized phone to the gadgets we have today.

April Newsletter (2023) – Does What it Says on the Tin

If something only has one job, it is critical that it delivers that functionality time and again. However, in the light of the recent banking issues, it made me consider that there are some things we expect from our suppliers, they need to perform the basics and not let us down.
