Business process automation continues to grow in importance in every aspect of business life. There is a plethora of tools to help with this, but it is important to find one that wraps your processes in workflows to cut out manual errors and maintain data integrity.
For those of you familiar with my newsletters you will just know I am going to Segway into the Moo story and milk it for every drop! I have captured above the moo’ving story of how Matt and Crissie built a business in 2020. The reason for their success was careful planning, properly scoped processes, precise delivery, and a commitment to customer excellence.
Any project needs to reflect these stages, be it building a business or delivering on an IT project. Projects also require investment and a commitment to see it through. I think I have taken this analogy far enough now – until next month anyway.
