We all have WFH fatigue but the role of women in a work / life balance has been put back decades.
As a rule (and I hate rules but it’s the truth) in my humble opinion it is because women are simply better at multi-tasking.
Do you remember the day when the HR manager was always a woman, and the technology team were all men? Now there are opportunities out there for all and we need to ensure that the pandemic blip (OK more than a blip), doesn’t knock the confidence of women in the workplace and they reach for roles that transcend these old barriers as increasingly every role is open for all.
