By using 3 years of historical data to generate the right set of parts for service quotes for forklift truck company Combilift, Infor Coleman helped predict a 30% increase in first-time fixes, 40% reduction in service jobs costs and 30% increase in revenue per transaction. 

 

While these are sound metrics and may boost the financial KPIs, the big question is what about customer satisfaction and even more importantly, employee satisfaction? Thankfully they are similarly reporting positively – phew!
