Training has traditionally been one of the first things to be side-lined when staff are too busy, or budgets are tight. But the pandemic has seen a rise in the proactive planning and delivery of virtual training. This has taken the form of both management and personal advancement training (aided and abetted by the Government Schemes and Grants) and functional product training for employees.

The Zoho training includes online videos, webinars, and self-help and we have to say it has been a journey and we are not done yet. But that is the point, learning and training never stops.
User training of any system is a fluid and on-gong activity, be that for a brand-new tool or a legacy system. If your people are not using their Infor ERP to best effect, or the person who knew all the answers has left, we can help!
