Damn – That Process is Broken!

While thinking of a systematic and phased approach to good customer service, let’s consider where else a systematic approach can be beneficial. There are many business processes that lend themselves to automation which can increase efficiency and remove human error. 

A lesson can be learned from these industrious little critters. Building a dam will require scoping the project (how wide’s my river?), collecting materials and then following a logical build until the desired effect is reached. 

 

Changes in current working practices and with work-from-home a normality, many standard business practices have broken.
