What is the Buzz Word for 2021?

• Innovation Trigger

• Peak of Inflated Expectations

• Trough of Disillusionment

• Slope of Enlightenment

• Plateau of Productivity

 

Then there’s obsolescence but let’s ignore that for now!

  

Forrester has a similar curve and Mazlo had his hierarchy of needs. But with all these, a new phrase or Buzz-Word usually emerges. So, what will be ours in 2021? 

  

The technology industry was obsessed with Digital Transformation and then Algorithms, but they have both lost their shine – so what will be the new pinnacle or self-actualisation. What word or phrase will lead us up the slope of enlightenment?

  

Everyone is trying to claim “Business Resilience” as their own. But I am going to stick my neck out and be more strident, forthright, and positive and create my own.
