Health – The COVAX global vaccination program reached the milestone of delivering its 1 billionth COVID-19 vaccine. We so easily forget the achievements of the last couple of years in pushing forward health for millions through this program.
Infrastructure – The world’s largest floating wind farm was approved to be built off the coast of the UK which, once complete, will generate enough power for nearly 1m homes in the UK. This represents a significant and positive step in the fight for renewable energies.
People – The inherent goodness of people came in the form of the announcement from Rihanna (maybe you only saw the new baby news!), as her foundation gave $15M to climate justice groups as we all seem to be waking up to the threat of climate change, but also recognising we CAN DO something about it.
Technology Innovation – Using software to lower the manufacturing carbon footprint.
Making a difference – Thanks to conservation efforts the once endangered humpback whale is now growing in population. Our focus now shifts to 2023 and plans for business prosperity and optimism.
