Analysts IDC report growth in the Western European Managed Services sector despite economic and political instability, due to demand from large enterprise buyers continuing to transform and close the digitalfirst gap. Growth of 7% for 2022 has led them to be buoyant about future predictions, although the dynamics from country to country differ, but even the UK has improved growth. The IT services industry remains resilient, and some governments are funding digital initiatives.
On a global scale the Managed Services business is predicted to grow >5% YonY as workplace infrastructure continues to go through a fundamental shift.
