I am an unashamed royalist and find it staggering and awe inspiring the number of years the queen has been in service and not in a half-hearted way but with her heart and soul. Anyone who can dedicate their life to the service of others deserves the highest praise – and frankly anyone who can stick to one task singlemindedly for so long has tenacity in spades. Unswerving, dedicated, focused, engaging and utterly reliable – I can only believe that she truly likes what she does to be able to do it so well.
This title may bring back other memories of the Eurovision back in 1968 which resulted in a nail-biting finish when the UK entry and big favourite “Congratulations” by Cliff Richard was pipped at the post by one point by Spain’s Massiel. History has a strange way of repeating itself.
To our own Celebrations
We may only be 3 years old as ReInforce Technology, but this business is one in which I have been intimately involved in for a lot longer; building relationships with respected, professional consultants, customers, and suppliers. I find I am uniquely lucky to be doing something I genuinely enjoy, bringing quality service to businesses through matching the right talent to the right project and requirements.
Our business is all about relationships and I feel privileged to work with some really great individuals and organisations. Finding ways to solve the business problem of a client is a fundamental driver but thinking laterally and coming up with a new way to solve an old problem in a dynamic and more efficient way, is our goal.
In our world, customers often have very niche, bespoke projects that require very specific talents to deliver. This is where our flexible team excel as our specialist consultants genuinely thrive on a challenge, and they are open-minded to different ways of working to meet that challenge head on. I sometimes think they prefer tricky tasks – the harder the better! It is this understanding of the personalities and challenges that build a long-term partnership. It is not about a quick fix or short-term goals.
